| • Your Pincode is present in our Pin Code List and address is falling in the Kolkata area |
| • Your payment having been made successfully |
| • Availability of people at the mentioned address to accept the delivery |
| • We will deliver only between 11 AM and 10 PM IST |
| • To receive orders on the same day, you must order before 8 PM IST |
| • Minimum Order Value is Rs.300. Less than the delivery charge will be applied. |
| • Gift / Discount will be dispatched only if the Minimum Food Value is ordered |

In case of non-availability of ordered product for some unforeseen reason, the order would not be executed. Same would be informed to your Kolkata phone number by Only Karri Klub / K’K’S Kitchen |

In case you don’t provide an alternative available choice to us, the amount for the items not delivered will be refunded to your credit card and will appear on your next card statement or adjust will be in next order. |

| Modify / Cancel the Online Order |
| • The online order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by calling the Restaurant. |
| • However, you can get an update on the status of the order by calling directly 033 2594 2529 (for Karri Klub) or 8479919920 (for K’K’S Kitchen) |

| 2 Hours Delivery time
Orders of 10 or more items qualify as bulk orders, and shall not be valid for service guarantee of within 2 hours. Service Guarantee time of 2 hours is not applicable when operating conditions in parts of Kolkata are not suitable. Karri Klub reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee without prior intimation.
Two Hour delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on special Festival days as celebrated in Kolkata, KarriKlub reserves the right to withdraw the service guarantee may be withdrawn temporarily in view of difficult operating conditions for delivery. Conditions apply. |

| A process of Online Ordering |
| • You can place the order as a new customer or an existing customer. |
| • If you wish to place an order as a new customer, take the following steps – |

Choose the Item from the Menu and Specify the quantity the price of the individual items |

Once you have ordered all the items, see the value of the total bill |

Specify your delivery address. It must be within Kolkata with a Pincode corresponding to Kolkata |

If you are comfortable with the bill amount, proceed to our payment gateway to make the payment |

Minimum Order Value is Rs.300 |

| • You have the following options for order modifications |
| o You can modify the quantity ordered before making the payment |
| o You can modify the delivery address before making the payment. |

| • Once payment is made, you cannot make any modification to the order |
